Welcome to the NBC Sports National Fantasy Baseball Championship. The 6th annual NFBC is a live draft held simultaneously on Saturday, March 21, 2009 in four different cities across the country that will consist of 26 leagues (390 teams), each comprised of 15 teams/managers. It's a 5x5 Rotisserie league held throughout the regular season, with the top three finishers in each league receiving cash prizes, while the overall winner will receive $100,000. Along with the main event, the NFBC will also offer private auction leagues, higher-stakes private leagues and an online championship with a $20,000 grand prize. The NFBC live events will be held in Las Vegas, New York, Chicago and Orlando March 20-22, 2009. Get in the game as spots are limited for each event!

This is the first season for the NBC Sports NFBC Online Championship, which allows players to win a national championship and $20,000 while drafting from the comforts of their home. Online drafts consisting of 12 teams each will be held twice a day for eight straight days before Opening Day, with league champions winning $1,300 and an overall grand prize of $20,000 among the 300 total teams.
