Krause Publications

Krause Publications is the world's largest hobby publisher, with more than 60 periodicals, 15 hobby shows and 750 reference and how-to books. Based in Iola, Wis., the company was founded by Chet Krause in 1952 and acquired by F+W Publications of Cincinnati, Ohio in 2002. Krause Publications is well established in the fantasy sports industry with a full slate of magazines, online games and live drafts. KP started Fantasy Sports Magazine in 1989 - originally it was called Fantasy Baseball Magazine - as the first national newsstand publication for the industry. The company also established the industry's premiere trade conference in 2000 -- The Fantasy Sports Trade Conference -- and then created the industry's first multi-city, high-stakes live drafts with the National Fantasy Baseball Championship in 2004 and the National Fantasy Football Championship later that year. KP also custom publishes fantasy baseball and football magazines for industry companies such as Rotowire.com, Rototimes.com, Footballguys.com and FantasyGuru.com.

Greg Ambrosius

Greg Ambrosius has been the editor of Fantasy Sports Magazine since its inception in 1989 and was the founder of the Fantasy Sports Trade Conference in 2000. In 2001 he was elected to the Fantasy Sports Hall of Fame and in 2002 he became president of the Fantasy Sports Trade Association. Ambrosius is one of only two original members of the USA Today Sports Weekly LABR League (along with John Hunt), which was started in 1994. Ambrosius is also the founder of the National Fantasy Football Championship, which hosts multi-city, high-stakes live drafts over Labor Day weekend in four cities.
